Director - Pre-Owned Sales

You know how to manage finances and are good with other people's money. 

We're looking for a Director to lead our  Pre-Owned Team 

Responsibilities of Pre-Owned Sales Director:

·         Create and organize all sales activities for the Pre-Owned Sales division

·         Work with and supervise Pre-Owned Sales Mgrs & Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met

·         Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach

·         Assist Pre-Owned Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed

Requirements

Pre-Owned Sales Director

·         Proven AUTOMOTIVE MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE 

·         Demonstrated leadership abilities

·         Successful background in a financial / budgeting role

·         Solid supervisory skills

·         Superior communication and customer service skills
