The Forester, Outback and Crosstrek each earned top accolades in their segments, demonstrating Subaru’s commitment to developing high-quality, reliable vehicles.
German magazine AMS recently conducted an experiment to see how many leading automakers' Pedestrian Detection systems actually performed when put to the test. Each designed to detect pedestrians approaching the front of the vehicle, the safety functions are configured to automatically apply the car's brakes to avoid a potential collision. However, in the trial performed by AMS, only one Pedestrian Detection system proved to work as intended and the creator of the reliable feature was none other than Subaru.
