For the new model year, Subaru decided to give the recently refreshed WRX and STI several new components to complement last year's changes. The latest additions enhance safety on both vehicles and give drivers access to high-tech equipment they'll find beneficial.

The WRX is one vehicle Subaru is intent on making safer, and to achieve this goal, they’ve outfitted the 2016 model with Eyesight Driver Assist Technology. Labeled one of the highest-rated front crash prevention systems, Eyesight features Pre-Collision Braking, Lane Departure Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control. On the WRX Limited, navigation, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are also included with Eyesight, delivering first-class safety.
Aside from safety technology, all WRX models now come with a new STARLINK Multimedia touchscreen system. Equipped with HD Radio, a CD player, AM/FM stereo, satellite radio, Pandora, Bluetooth, iHeart Radio and iPod connectivity, the is perfect for tech savvy drivers. Those who purchase a WRX with the STARLINK 7.0" display, will receive additional features, including SMS text messaging, iTunes tagging capability and dual USB ports.
