The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has awarded the 2016 Subaru WRX its highest honor: a Top Safety Pick+ rating. On sale now at Reliable Subaru, the latest WRX model comes equipped with Subaru's signature EyeSight system, which offers a collection of advanced protection features and driver-assist technologies aimed at improving vehicle safety for passengers and drivers.
The 2016 Subaru WRX had to pass a series of tests performed by the IIHS in order to achieve a Top Safety Pick+ rating. Luckily, the WRX nabbed "good" ratings in five of the company's evaluations, as well as a "superior" rating for front crash prevention thanks to its EyeSight system. The 2016 WRX is one of many Subaru models to offer EyeSight, which comes with excellent features, including Lane Departure Warning, Pre-Collision Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Blind Spot Detection. In addition to these great technologies, the system also offers Steering Responsive Foglights, which work independently and help illuminate the road when needed.
