Bacon lovers, here’s your chance to eat all the fried pork you can handle. On Saturday, October 29, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., you’ll get to indulge on a variety of bacon bites, prepared by some of the best chefs around, at Bacon Fest.
Now in its 4th year, the festival will once again be held at Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, which is located at 3001 North Grant Avenue. Aside from all the mouth-watering food, there will also be a variety of craft beers and hand-crafted spirits on hand for your tasting pleasure. In addition, for all of you who like to compete, here’s your chance to do just that in the event’s Bacon Eating Contest. During this friendly competition, you’ll get to compete with others to see who can eat the most bacon in two minutes.
A $25 admission ticket buys you bacon-inspired foods, craft beers and spirits samples. VIP tickets are $40 each and get you into the event one hour before doors open to the public, one Ozarks Bacon Fest GIFT and a VIP bag with assorted bacon foods.
