Drunk driving is a big problem in our country and one that affects millions of people each year. For decades, organizations such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving have been educating car owners about the dangers of driving while under the influence of alcohol, but it has still remained a heavy issue in the U.S. The Department of Transportation hopes to change this through the use of new in-car technology that will prevent drivers from operating their vehicles while intoxicated, potentially reducing drunk driving-related accidents.

After the success of the 2015 Series.Blue BRZ in 2015, Subaru has decided to release a limited number of 2016 Series.HyperBlue BRZ and WRX STI models in the U.S. The brand will produce a total of 700 WRX STI and 500 BRZ special editions, which will feature Hyper Blue paint jobs and interior trim, giving each one a distinctive appearance that can't be found on any other cars on the market today. Additional features are also available on both variants, enhancing their overall appeal.
Everyone's favorite summer extravaganza, the Ozark Empire Fair, is bringing non-stop fun to Springfield from July 30 to August 8 at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds & Event Center. A tradition in the community, the Fair is unlike any other event held in the area, offering nine whole days of entertainment, including concerts, carnival rides, games and fantastic food.

This local food bank, which is connected to Feeding America, serves over 200 nonprofits in 28 Ozarks counties. In an effort to contribute to the cause, we are asking our customers to bring in canned food items for the organization.
German magazine AMS recently conducted an experiment to see how many leading automakers' Pedestrian Detection systems actually performed when put to the test. Each designed to detect pedestrians approaching the front of the vehicle, the safety functions are configured to automatically apply the car's brakes to avoid a potential collision. However, in the trial performed by AMS, only one Pedestrian Detection system proved to work as intended and the creator of the reliable feature was none other than Subaru.
