Artsfest, the biggest fine arts festival in Southwest Missouri, is scheduled to be held this year on May 7 & 8 on Historic Walnut Street in Downtown Springfield. Taking place on Saturday, March 19, 2016, this popular event is one of the largest St. Patty’s Day celebrations in all of Springfield, drawing in hundreds of people each year looking to a get glimpse of creative floats and enjoy live entertainment.
Our annual Celebrity Spokes Dog Contest went off without a hitch this past year, and we’re excited to announce we have chosen our grand prize winner. A loveable pup by the name of Nico was crowned the champion after receiving the most votes in our competition, making him Reliable Subaru’s official spokes dog for 2016!
The legendary Harlem Globetrotters, based out of Harlem, New York, are making the trek to Springfield on Friday, Feb. 5, 2016. JQH Arena will house the team during their Springfield stop, which is a part of their 2016 world tour. During the one-night-only event, the historic team will show off their latest and greatest basketball tricks and ball handling skills to a packed room full of longtime supporters and a new generation of young fans. Exciting for the entire family, this must-attend event will be a spectacle you'll never forget.

Subaru loves pets and in an effort to give you the chance to honor yours, we're holding a Pet Costume Contest just in time for Halloween. From now until Oct. 27 at 12 p.m., you'll have the opportunity to submit photos of your furry companions dressed in their best Halloween attire for a chance to be one of our big winners and receive cash prizes.
All of the votes have been counted for our teacher nomination contest and we're proud to announce that Michele Pate, a fourth grade teacher at Stockton Elementary School, is our grand prize winner. Nominated by Lacey Beach, Michele beat out over 70 nominees to earn the top spot. Along with being crowned our big winner, Michele has also won a $1,000 cash prize.
Summer has sadly come to an end and that means kids have officially returned to school. Back-to-School clothes are just a few essentials kids will need during the school year and at Reliable Subaru we're asking the Springfield community to help us collect these items, specifically socks, throughout the month of August.
