Subaru recently announced that they are now offering free 3-year subscriptions to SiriusXM Traffic and SiriusXM Travel Link for car buyers who purchase a brand-new 2016 Subaru model equipped with navigation. A new rumor surrounding the Subaru WRX STI suggests the car may receive hybrid powertrains in the near future. According to Motoring, an Australian automotive source, the company is currently in the process of developing two new hybrid powertrains that could find their way onto the WRX STI, lowering its emissions and improving its overall fuel economy which will benefit drivers.
